Brandon Annett joined Bayou Oilfield Services as CEO in early 2025, bringing extensive leadership experience in business growth and strategic execution.
Before Bayou, Mr. Annett co-founded Matador Gas in 2021 to acquire and scale legacy businesses in propane distribution. Under his leadership, Matador Gas completed multiple acquisitions and became a leading operator in the industry.
Previously, he served as CEO of InterCool USA, a major industrial refrigeration service provider, where he led two successful acquisitions, expanding its operations and market reach.
Mr. Annett spent 20 years in banking and capital markets, holding leadership roles in advisory and capital raising at various U.S. financial institutions. His deep expertise in finance, credit, and capital markets has been instrumental in his success as an entrepreneur and business leader.
He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Tech University. His blend of operational leadership and financial acumen positions Bayou Swabbing & Construction for continued growth and success.
